Join me for a 4 hour Art Therapy & Meditation workshop focusing on the one and the only, YOU. Using focused Art Therapy processes, Meditation and Vision boarding, we will aim to find inner peace and stillness in a shared space with like minded people. We will explore what vulnerability looks like and how embracing it can bring more intimacy and connection in our everyday lives. With this, we will learn how to respond to life's demands from a more authentic place, find different tools of self management for our busy lives, gain insight into our own self empowerment, start to build more balance in relationships and look to let go of old limiting beliefs. These workshops are insightful, opening and nourishing. No experience in art or meditation required. We will learn different tools of self management for our busy lives, seek to uncover outdated beliefs that may be holding us back, gain insight into our own self empowerment to walk a path that's truer for you and enjoy an all round gentle 'Soul' summer clean moving towards autumn.
