Transpersonal psychology explores states of consciousness outside of the limits of our personal identity, or ego. Art therapy is a non-invasive form of expressive therapy that uses the creative process of making art to improve a person’s physical, mental, and emotional well-being. One of the beauties of art as therapy is the ability for you to express your feelings through any form of art. It is typically a way for the soul/self to speak beyond the minds chatter, allowing a dialogue of images or creations to come through, which then can be explored and integrated into more of an awareness for yourself. You do not need to be good at art in any way. It's a tool to get past the mind and let the body memory speak.
Voice Dialogue is based on the idea that we are made up of a whole family of internal Selves. It is the basic method for contacting, learning about, and working with the many selves that make up each of us. Providing a safe way to experience these various parts, Voice Dialogue helps us to access and develop what is called the Aware Ego Process.
From this internal centre we can stand between the polarities of our different parts and become more conscious of the effect they have in our daily lives. Being in touch with them in this way supports our ability to choose instead of automatically react from our habitual set of sub personalities.

Group Work & Retreats
Groups and workshops are focused around simple Artistic expression and yet also about engaging in deep, soulful and transformational experiences. We use a range of different process's and modalities including meditation, art, divination imagery cards and music to gain access to the deeper aspects of ourselves and our sub-conscious minds. The vision for group work is to create community, a place for people to explore their potential, amongst others in a safe environment. Being with like-minded people and having them as witness to our vulnerable and transformational experiences, encourages and fast tracks much growth within us. These groups can allow for relaxation, self-awareness and acceptance in overcoming fears, personal blocks and also to discover insights and possibilities.
