Join me for an 8 week journey of connected soul centred practices. This is an opportunity for you to commit to something of value for yourself. Sometimes showing up is enough. You will enjoy therapeutic processes in a shared environment, from the comfort of your own home. I will share with you my knowledge around healing and resting and how the only path, is your path. Now more so than ever is a time to find our centre, feel grounded and strong in ourselves. We all carry within us so many precious gifts, that are often simply waiting to be unearthed. Perhaps there is more confidence waiting for you, perhaps a dream or a project you haven't thought you could make happen. Perhaps there are new and improved ways of communicating in your world, that enables you boundaries and ease. Maybe a new understanding of being in relationships. Perhaps you are ready to slow down and take more time.
By journeying through our 8 week journey, we will week by week, map our way through our physical, mental and emotional bodies to discover out true way or should I say 'your souls way'.

  • 2 x one on one sessions with me. To explore and unpack where your heart is at and where you would like to go.  
  • Explore weekly via the map of the 7 energy centres and how it connects to our physical, emotional and mental bodies. This will include a 1 x weekly 1-1/2hr process group and 1 x weekly early morning 45 minute meditation session. 
  • Transpersonal therapy & Art processes to explore your subconscious mind and soul. These include; meditations, drawing and mapping, collage making, voice dialogue with self and more. 
  • Awareness around resetting your nervous system and learning about what your system needs to rest and also thrive. 
  • You will learn strategies to start saying yes to what you really want, and no to what de-energises you. 
  • Shared group space to feel nurtured, connected and inspired. 
  • ​BONUS: A physical tool kit sent in the post to you prior to our begin date.
